Take a Tour of Fredrik Eklund's Gigantic and Gorgeous Manhattan Home!

Fredrik Eklund and his family have settled into an "incredible" house in Bel-Air, and the Million Dollar Listing New York agent is also keeping up with his clients on the east coast. Meanwhile, Fredrik has a gorgeous vacation home in Connecticut, and he recently found the retirement property of his dreams in Tuscany. So, wait a minute — how many houses does Fredrik own, exactly?

The super agent cleared that up in a recent chat with BravoTV.com. "We only have two homes, really," he said. "We have this [Bel-Air] house and we have the Connecticut house." Fredrik explained that he's actually renting the new Bel-Air house, and the New England abode may not be Fredrik's for long.

"Now we're gonna sell it," he continued. "We’re renting it out right now — we put it on the market and it went to a bidding war for, like, five offers over ask, but we’ve rented now for a year, which is sad, in a way, because I do miss it. But it’s hard not to rent it out because [it was] sitting there empty in the quarantine."

Plus, the hustler in Fredrik can't resist the extra income: "Those sort of secondary markets like the Hamptons, Connecticut, this part ... gone up [in value]," he shared. "The market has gone crazy... And they’re offering so much money that we couldn’t resist, basically to rent it out."

Meanwhile, Fredrik's given up his Manhattan digs. (Revisit them in the clip above.) When he visits New York City now, the agent says that he's been sampling local hotels. "So, [it's] just been really sexy and really fun for me, because I lived in New York for 16, 17 years and I never once stayed in a hotel there," he said. "It’s been really nice."
