Ryan Serhant Is Building a Private Elevator in His $7.6 Million Brooklyn Home
The Million Dollar Listing New York agent never dreamed he'd have a house with its very own elevator — but here he is.
Ryan Serhant dreams big, and he makes no bones about it. But even the outrageously ambitious agent couldn't have predicted that he'd one day own a home with its very own elevator.
The Million Dollar Listing New York agent and his wife, Emilia, are in the process of renovating a $7.6 million Brooklyn townhouse. The project — which Ryan initially viewed as a "little cosmetic renovation" — has ultimately led to a crew of 12 daily workers and harnesses. But there are certainly some perks to show for it all.
In a recent Instagram Story, the New York dad shared a sneak peek at the townhouse's lift. "Our very own elevator," Ryan wrote. "If you had told me when I was a little kid that one day I'd grow up and build a house with a private elevator I'd have thought you were ISNANE." And yet, here he is.
