The Serhants Transformed Their Backyard into “Camp Zena”
MDLNY agent Ryan Serhant shared another adorable peek into his family life.
Ryan Serhant is the epitome of a dadpreneur.
Between his on-screen gigs and growing real estate empire, the Million Dollar Listing New York agent appears to have no trouble keeping busy. But despite his never-ending to-do list, Ryan has successfully achieved a solid work-life balance that prioritizes quality family time. The Houston native demonstrated this when he provided a glimpse at the Serhants’ latest Sunday Funday. And yes, it was as wholesome as it was adorable.
A day before his Miami business trip, Ryan posted a video of his wife, Emilia Bechrakis, and their young daughter, Zena, outside their Brooklyn town house. The two were seen laughing and playing in the backyard, which was transformed into a mini campsite complete with a small white tepee, a blanket, and a few stuffed animals. The tent was adorned with a string of lights and a colorful hand-drawn sign that read, “Camp Zena.”
“We have to catch the daddy bear,” the little girl said in the June 4 post, before running toward her dad.
“Catch the daddy bear?” Ryan responded. “Oh my goodness!”
Emilia also shared a few photos and a video of the Camp Zena tent, which was decorated with the family’s artwork. The doodles included a heart, some leaves, a cluster of stars, and what appeared to be an evil eye — likely a nod to Emilia’s Greek background.
“Trying to get her to do something other than play Barbies,” the mom wrote on one of the Instagram Stories.
Ryan Unveiled His Family’s Upgraded Backyard Last Summer
The posts gave fans another look at the Serhants’ spacious backyard. Ryan showed off the outdoor area in September 2022, when Emilia and Zena returned from their Greek getaway. The real estate agent highlighted some of the yard’s upgrades, including a new dining space and a small play set for his daughter.
“Her first time in her new backyard,” he captioned the video, which showed Zena enthusiastically running through the space. “You got a whole new backyard!” he said out loud.
Ryan Previously Opened Up About Emilia’s Pregnancy Journey
Ryan and Emilia welcomed their daughter in 2019, about three years after they tied the knot. He celebrated the moment with a heartwarming Instagram post that touched on Emilia’s IVF journey.
“We had no idea how difficult getting pregnant with you was going to be. We tried everything. We were so nervous you might never come,” he captioned a photo of himself and his wife embracing their newborn. “When we finally decided to try IVF, we were so scared it wouldn’t work. And then you stuck. And then we heard your little heartbeat for the first time. Your mom and I were so excited every time we would go to the hospital to see you, but even more terrified we would lose you. Because the fact that we were pregnant — as beautiful as it was — was almost too good to be true. And because of that fear, we loved you as hard as we could from the moment we knew you existed.”
