Ryan Serhant’s Daughter Zena Turned 4 with an Absolutely Gorgeous Princess Cake
The MDLNY broker shared a look at his daughter’s magical birthday celebration, which was complete with a stunning dessert and the sweetest balloons.
Ryan Serhant and Emilia Bechrakis' daughter, Zena, just had a magical fourth birthday celebration in their Brooklyn townhouse.
In a February 26 Instagram Story video, the Million Dollar Listing New York broker documented Zena running down the stairs just after 7:30 am wearing her pajamas and a pink crown. The birthday girl squealed with excitement as she saw silver balloons spelling out her name, several pink, orange, and white balloons on the ceiling, and other balloons in the shape of a unicorn and Disney characters. Later in the day, Ryan and Emilia hosted a party for Zena at home, which included an incredible Princess-themed cake. The confection was shaped like a castle and featured seven Disney princesses and characters. While wearing a "Happy Birthday" headband, Ryan asked Zena," "Who's your favorite character on the cake?" to which she enthusiastically replied, "Jasmine!"
Steve Gold's girlfriend, Luiza Gawlowska, was also in attendance with their daughter, Rose, and shared another look at the cake. "Happy birthday beautiful princess ZeeZee," Luiza captioned one photo.
In a separate Instagram post, Ryan shared a sweet photo from the celebration. "4 hugs, 4 kisses, and apparently…444 balloons," he quipped in the caption. "You only turn 4 once, Zena... Happy happy happy HAPPY BIRTHDAY Baby Puff."
The party took place in the family's spectacular kitchen and formal dining room. In the video above, Ryan shared more details about both areas of the home after going through a very long renovation process. The kitchen, which looks out to their backyard, is an ideal place for entertaining. As Ryan explains in the video, it has "massive counter space" and a very "big" refrigerator. On a 2021 episode of Million Dollar Listing: Ryan's Renovation, Emilia shared that one feature of the kitchen was especially important to her: "I've always dreamt of having this massive island in the kitchen where everybody would sit around."
