Ryan Serhant Shows the Exterior of His $7.6M Townhouse in Brooklyn
The Million Dollar Listing New York agent and his wife are making progress on the extensive remodel of their 7,670-square-foot NYC home.
As soon as Ryan Serhant set foot in a certain 7,670-square-foot townhouse in Brooklyn, he knew he had to have it... but he wanted to make just a few tweaks.
After buying the property in 2018, the Million Dollar Listing New York agent ripped out its floors, installed a brand new kitchen, changed the windows on the back wall, and extended the deck in the private yard. And that was just the tip of the iceberg for the massive gut renovation that Ryan has planned.
A 12-person crew has been working the townhouse for nearly two years, and Ryan occasionally takes to Instagram to share updates on his ever-evolving home. After posting a sneak peek of the elevator back in July, he offered a new look at the townhouse's exterior in an October 12 Instagram share.
The photo shows Ryan standing outside his $7.6 million home with his daughter, Zena, in his arms; wife Emilia Bechrakis was standing by his side. Both parents were pointing toward the stoop, which has been covered in a bright, orangey-yellow slick of paint.
"Look baby girl! Soon that will be YOUR stoop. That you’ll have to shovel," Ryan quipped in his caption.
But Zena still has some time before she's officially on snow-removal duty. In the comments, one follower wrote: "Longest renovation in the history of renovations." Ryan was quick to agree: "You're telling me," he replied.
