The Colombian Threat

Madison talks about his Colombian client, his big spill, and Chad's contract.

First of all, I must say my client Camilo is so nice and fun, but he sure comes across mean and tough on camera. They like to make him look big, bad, and scary but he isn't to me at all. He is a smart businessman and we have a great relationship. The reason for me not showing him more properties is because he wanted only positive cash flow investments, and at the time, the market had not yet adjusted to produce such results. He was getting frustrated, and I bought myself some time by finding him an ideal lease in Beverly Hills, with a view, pool, and yard. He is paying $10,000/month for that place, which if he owned it he would be paying almost $30,000 in real estate taxes just in one year. However, now is the time to buy as prices have adjusted downward even more.

And let's not forget about my very embarrassing wet moment. My friend Natalie and I were dancing next to the pool's edge and then I don't even really remember, but the next thing I do remember is freezzzinngggggg cold water surrounding my body. Wet, clothed, and in the midst of Camilo's house warming party, the moment was raw. My friend Natalie's top was half off and it was silk, nonetheless. No regrets, good times. Lol. If you were my client, would you have been mad if we fell in your pool?

Lastly, for Chad and Josh I have little to say other than they both surprise me every episode. Chad wants a contract with Victoria - puh-leaze. Gross. And, Josh goes all the way to Montana to shovel shit - yikes! I thought I had some crazy thoughts, but these boys give me a run for my money. I like it.

Cheers!
