Why Does Harvey Weinstein Keep Holding Meetings in Grand Central Terminal?
Harvey Weinstein has been spotted speaking with a private investigator in NYC.
Harvey Weinstein has been spotted multiple times inside Grand Central Terminal holding meetings, including one with private investigator Herman Weisberg, reports Page Six.
Last month, the former head of The Weinstein Company “was at Cipriani Dolci — on the mezzanine of the concourse — wearing a black T-shirt, jeans and sunglasses.”
“I hardly recognized [Weinstein]. He looks like he’s aged 15 years. [He wasn’t] walking well,” a source said. “Harvey stopped at the bar with a group of guys, walked away to another table to make a phone call, and then rejoined them. I couldn’t hear what they were talking about but they were fawning over him.”
By the time Page Six arrived on the scene he was gone. The group denied knowing who Weinstein was, but a source in Weinstein’s camp later confirmed he was there to meet with private investigator Herman Weisberg, a former NYPD detective who is allegedly helping Weinstein try to beat multiple sex assault charges.
“Weisberg is managing director of Sage Intelligence, which offers investigative services including criminal litigation, evidence gathering and witness interviews, infidelity surveillance, undercover operations, bug sweeps and trade secret protection investigations,” says the report.
Weinstein was spotted again at the same spot with a former Miramax assistant-turned-producer.
His sexual assault trial is set to start June 3 in New York. Here are all the charges against him.
