Has Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s Royal Baby Name Been Revealed? Buckingham Palace Addresses the Rumors
Some royal theorists think they might be onto something here with this...
The royal baby will be born any day now... well, if he or she hasn't already. been. born. (There are conspiracy theorists out there!) As royal watchers and Kate Chastain count down the minutes until Meghan Markle gives birth, it's possible that one very important detail — namely, the baby's name — has already been leaked.
Allegedly, some very dedicated fans of the royal family have been trying to hack the baby's name by doing this: visit the fam's homepage, add a backslash, and add in possible baby names. (Hey, it beats playing Candy Crush for an hour, right?) By typing in the site in such a way, it's been reported that the names Prince Arthur, Prince Alexander, and Prince James lead back to the homepage, suggesting that pages have been set up under those names but just aren't live yet.
Are the fans onto something here? Not so fast. A representative for the palace has told E! News: "A large number of search term redirects were set up some time ago on royal.uk. This was in order to improve user experience."
Meh. User experience. Not exactly the piping hot tea we were looking for. And anyway, wait: Isn't the baby a girl?
