On Using Crystals to Manifest All Your Dreams — Or, If You’re Spencer Pratt, The Hills Reboot
The Pratt Daddy crystals founder has his rose quartz to thank.
If you love The Hills, you might want to take a moment out of your day to honor Spencer Pratt's crystal collection. The obsidian, quartz, and tourmaline enthusiast — who even has his own line of crystals — recently announced that his magical stones are to thank for the upcoming reboot of MTV's early-aughts show.
If you're like us — close enough followers of Spencer's various obsessions to not be that surprised by this statement but also not as up-to-date on crystal therapy — you're probably wondering how exactly that could happen (or at least how he could think that).
Chatting with Us Weekly at a crystal-themed (surprise!) event in Los Angeles, Pratt said: “I will give a lot of credit to crystals for the reboot of The Hills. I held a lot of crystals with a lot of positive intentions for eight years." Wait, how long? "The only thing [is] crystals aren’t immediate, you know? It took eight years."
Rose quartz is the crystal of the heart and that stone, and clear quartz (which supposedly helps you manifest anything), are usually the first stop many newbies take when entering the crystal realm. Remember that Spencer Pratt found his love Heidi Montag while filming the reality show and crystal collecting is a passion they now share, so this stone has apparently kept much love in his life already.
Upon further investigation, while all types of crystals are commonly used in home decor and beauty treatments, if you're trying to get the full benefits out of a crystal, you need to actually meditate on, visualize, and verbalize your desires while holding quartz crystals (vs. using it as a coaster). We're considering that fact to be an explanation of why we don't yet have a million dollars' worth of crystals and a reality show.
Spencer added, "I’m very thankful and it’s a major blessing. It’s literally manifesting dreams ‘cause I never wanted The Hills to end, I’ll tell you that much." Same, Spencer, same.
But, listen: Even if the stones weren't the catalyst behind the reboot of our dreams, they are to thank for the Pratt Daddy crystals founder keeping his chill. He mentally infuses the crystals with his positive intentions, so having them around must have a therapeutic effect. And they're pretty! So, rock on, Spencer. Quite literally.
