The Project Runway Season 17 winner completely redid his South Florida fashion space: take a look at the impressive before-and-after pics.
When Jhoan "Sebastian" Grey won Bravo's Project Runway Season 17 competition, he received the largest prize in the show’s history: $250,000 furnished by the Pilot FriXion Erasable Gel Ink Pen, a feature in Elle, and $50,000 to put toward his or her own design studio, courtesy of Bluprint, in addition to his or her own Bluprint digital series.
So far, we've seen the designer display his latest designs in an Elle feature, share his fashion skills with the world in the new Bluprint series Fashion Sewing with Jhoan Sebastian Grey, and now he's giving us an exclusive look at the massive renovation he did in his fashion studio using the prize money.
With the $50,000, Sebastian completely demolished and rebuilt the interior and exterior of his South Florida fashion studio. Sebastian's studio has now has a modern and innovative feel with a clean color scheme of white and gray. The Colombian designer added chic, gray-tone wood flooring throughout the space, unique clothing racks hung from the ceiling with brown, rustic belts, a brand new work area filled with several sewing stations and mannequins, a neatly organized storage space, and a separate office.
