On Monday, Lilly Ghalichi took to Instagram Stories to give us all on update on her busy day, which included getting a fresh manicure, witnessing baby Alara learn to feed herself, and getting a blowout. In the midst of the Shahs of Sunset alum's announcements, she also shared a very scary health update.

In one of her IG slides, the Lilly Lashes founder revealed that she recently had to have breast surgery. "I recovered a little more from my surgery on Friday removing a ruptured implant," she wrote alongside a photo of her actual ruptured implant. Friend and plastic surgeon Dr. Payam Jarrah-Nejad performed the procedure.

This isn't the first time Lilly has faced issues with her breast implants. Last September, Lilly came clean about her past boob jobs and her "traumatic experience." The Shahs pal shared that she had to have multiple surgeries due to a complication called capsular contractur, which is when the body builds scar tissue around an implant. "One time, I literally had a boob that was like all the way in my armpit; one time one of my boobs got hard and I would joke about it and call it Eden Rock," she revealed.

Lilly also shared that she got her first breast augmentation at 18, but it's not something she'd recommend to anyone. "I think it should be a crime to do plastic surgery on anyone who's 18 years old. I didn't know anything when I was 18 years old, let alone whether I wanted to have surgery on my breasts," she explained.

She added, "My advice to anyone thinking about getting augmentation: Don't do it!"

We're glad to see you're okay, Lilly. Wishing you a speedy recovery!
