How Reza Farahan Keeps Off the Weight

When Reza Farahan appeared on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen on August 2, Andy had to know: what is Reza doing to stay so svelte? A quick refresher: the Shahs of Sunset pal recently shed a whopping 40 pounds, and — the real trick — he's managed to keep it off. 

After standing up so he could show off his frame (work it, Reza!), the haircare entrepreneur opened up about his tips and tricks. "I'm trying to get back to 20-something-year-old Reza," he confessed. Andy then asked the question we're all wondering about: What is the key to Reza's sustained weight loss? 

In addition to watching what he eats, the Shahs pal said that he works out every day. And, he's strapping on his joggers at every opportunity. "I ran from the hotel to Battery Park City and back again," he said. (For those of you not so familiar with NYC, that's quite an impressive distance!)

But long-distance running is an activity that Reza enjoyed long before his recent weight loss journey: Reza also let drop that he used to run marathons (!!) with celebrity trainer Bob Harper, with whom he once had a little fling.
