Reza Farahan isn't only a realtor and a haircare mogul: He's also a gifted interior designer. The Shahs of Sunset cast member has been busy sprucing up his own North Hollywood abode this past summer, but he's also lent his expertise to a famous friend. And the resulting home made for a stunning magazine spread.

Ziggy Marley recently showed Architectural Digest around his gorgeous, 10,000-square-foot home in the Toluca Lake neighborhood of Los Angeles. The reggae star shared that he'd tapped his pal Reza to help him not only find the Spanish Colonial house, but to customize it. His specs? "My style is simple but royal," the singer told AD

“[At first], they sound like two things that are so complex and complicated and have nothing to do with one another,” Reza said of his friend's vision. “Ziggy is very natural, organic, and simple. The house had to make sense; it didn’t need to be overdone and complex.”

With Reza's help, Ziggy brought in oversized, tufted velvet couches for his family to lounge on. Throughout the seven-month renovation process, Reva and his team added regal decorative accents to the high-ceilinged home, including custom chandeliers and marble quartz finishes. The Shah star also helped build a custom bar, convert a wine fridge into an oversized pantry, and — perhaps most difficult of all — install custom flooring.

"When you’re doing a 10,000-square-foot house, just redoing the floors alone is a Herculean task, especially when they’re being scraped by hand to give them that authentic Mediterranean vibe," Reza said.

Now that it's been fully renovated, Ziggy's whole house is airy, inviting, and regal without being imposing. But Reza has a particular affinity for one room in particular. Decked in Calcutta quartz, the house's main bathroom is “so luxe and it’s got a little bit of me all over it," he said. "I’m really proud of it."
