One Southern Charm Pal Thinks Drinking Is the Best Way to Cure a Hangover... And She Might Be Right
From greasy food to plenty of sleep, the #SouthernCharm squad knows how to handle the morning after.

Now that you know what cocktail to avoid this weekend, we're (well, the Southern Charm crew is) here to give you some tips on how to recover the morning after a big night out — that is, if you end up having one too many cocktails on said evening. Not that we're surprised, but this Charleston squad has some incredible advice to handle any day-after blues.
"Just sleep," Shep Rose shared. "Sleep is the cure for a hangover. Always."
Whitney Sudler-Smith is all about "a greasy-ass sandwich" with a side of Xanax, while Landon Clements likes to start her day after a night of partying with a Bloody Mary or Baileys and coffee. "The best hangover cure is just to start drinking again," she said.
However, Cameran Eubanks has one of the most unique cures we've ever heard. "The best cure for a hangover, and I'm learning this as I get older, is to simply not drink," she said. "I'm also married to an anesthesiologist, so a bag of fluid every now and then does the trick as well."
