Chelsea Meissner Shares a Look Inside Her Baby’s Nursery & It’s Adorable (PHOTOS)
The Southern Charm alum showed off the beautiful nursery details as she prepares to welcome her first child.
A few months after announcing her pregnancy in the sweetest way possible, Chelsea Meissner celebrated with a beautiful baby shower.
The Southern Charm alum’s intimate event, which took place on July 22, included close friends and family, special drinks, and lots of delicious-looking food. Chelsea posted an inside look on social media, giving us a glimpse at the lovely decorations: coral, pastel pinks, and mint greens anchored by a flowers-and-greenery motif.
The dining table was surrounded by bamboo chairs and covered with a palm leaf–patterned tablecloth, while the tablescape featured wicker chargers, wooden napkin rings, and floral centerpieces.
In addition to her stunning baby shower, Chelsea recently showed off her baby’s nursery, and we were sure to take note of all the adorable details.
Inside Chelsea Meissner’s Nursery
On August 4, Chelsea took to her Instagram Stories to share a tour of the nursery in her James Island, South Carolina, home. The mom-to-be showed a glimpse of the decor, which includes a tender painting of a mother cradling a child by artist Amanda Ryan Tucker as well as a sketch of her beloved late pup, Tyson, by The Traveling Canvas.
Also seen in the video tour were a few floating shelves holding several children’s books as well as more colorful paintings hanging above a cozy white armchair and ottoman — an ideal setup for those sleepless nights with a newborn.
We also spotted a white-and-beige check throw blanket, a multicolor bohemian-style area rug, and a large white surfboard in the corner (this is Chelsea’s house, after all!).
As Chelsea panned around the room, we saw the cutest faux-bird wall mounts, including parrots and flamingos, that she noted were from Charleston Flower Market. The bohemian-style crib from Bali Jax Living is the perfect focal point for the room and is elegantly outfitted with white bedding and a large white throw pillow with light blue designs.
Chelsea also outfitted the space with two white nightstands and matching Nantucket-style sconces with rattan shades.
The hairstylist continued the bohemian aesthetic with a gorgeous six-drawer dresser from Antiques of South Windermere in Charleston, upon which she placed a white changing pad. Additionally, Chelsea revealed that she had purchased the three-blade white-and-gold ceiling fan from Charleston Lighting.
More light-colored pieces like a wall mirror and a laundry hamper round out the space, while the room’s mint-colored grasscloth wallpaper provides the perfect backdrop.
When is Chelsea Meissner’s due date?
Chelsea confirmed via her ultrasound photos that her due date is sometime in September.
