John Pringle Shares a Look Inside His Charleston Bungalow
The Southern Charm newbie has a playroom, a music room, and enough beer for everyone.
Southern Charm viewers are just getting to know Season 7 rookie John Pringle. But if you want to get a better idea of who the Charleston native is — and how he lives — peep the clip above. In the video, the father of two gives an intimate peek inside his digs, and spills the tea on everything from his cooking habits to his koozie collection.
Shep Rose's college pal kicks off his house tour by introducing viewers to his golf cart and the "old beater" truck he's had for some 15 years. Then, it's time to step inside his "little bungalow."
The kid-friendly space has a playroom for John's two sons, while the den serves as a practice space for their musician dad. "My new goal is to learn piano," John says, showing off a keyboard set up under a bright window. He also has his beloved Gibson guitar on standby. "That's my baby," John says.
The home tour also includes a peek inside the kitchen where John cooks up "the evening slop." Though he's confident with his salmon skills — and he has a strong beer collection — "I'm always trying to cook; I want to learn," John says. "But definitely, this is not where I crush it."
And speaking of beer, the Charm-er shares a secret of Charleston living while surveying the shelves of his living room. "One rule of thumb on the island is you've gotta have koozies ready to go for your roadies," he says. See the rest of John's bungalow in the video above.
