Carole Radziwill's New Fashion Collab Will Make You Want a Drop Crotch Romper
The Real Housewives of New York City alum's line features cozy, nude jumpsuits.
What does Carole Radziwill wear during her down time, when she's not dressed up in feathers and sparkles? The Real Housewives of New York City alum loves fashion with a capital F, but for her newest project, she's offering up a collection that looks about as cozy as it gets.
Carole teamed up with the brand Smash + Tess, known for its rompers, and designed the onesie of her dreams. "I live in rompers, whether at home, traveling, hanging out with friends on the weekend," Carole wrote on the brand's website to announce her Carole Radziwill x Smash + Tess collab. "It’s my go-to piece. My girlfriends are always asking me about them, so it was a natural fit for me to collaborate with Smash + Tess to create my own twist on the onesie."
The $129 signature romper she dreamt up comes in classic camel or navy, and features skinny legs, a drop waist, scoop necks and little pockets — with a "universally flattering silhouette," she says. Carole styled it with a Chanel coat and hiking boots (and a leather jacket and belt bag), and we can definitely see her wearing this romper to a West Village coffee shop.
Carole answered questions in the comments of her Instagram post, and she clapped back to folks who aren't into rompers. When someone said "no guy wants to see that - comfortable or not," Carole wrote: "Who cares what guys like!!!! Most of them dress like sh--."
In addition to defending her love of onesies, Carole called out Smash + Tess for its inclusive sizing and ethical production in North America. She also designed a matching duster (paging Lisa Rinna), and a lounge-y set with long sleeves and long pants. The whole line drops on January 15 on Smash + Tess's website.
