The Real Housewives of Sydney’s Krissy Marsh Just Bought a $10M Vacation Home
The Real Housewives of Sydney's "property princess" just added a six-bedroom, four-bathroom beachfront Australia house to her portfolio.
Someone is living large in Australia — and that someone is Krissy Marsh. It was revealed this week that The Real Housewives of Sydney socialite is now the proud owner of a $10 million holiday home in the swanky Australia town of Noosa. According to Domaine, the six-bedroom, four-bathroom beachfront house is located in Noosa Sound specifically, and has a private jetty and swimming pool. Though the property was bought off the record, it’s believed to have set a single block record for the neighborhood.
Sadly, Krissy — whose nickname on the show is “Property Princess” — isn’t able to visit her latest acquisition because Queensland, Australia has closed its borders in an effort to flatten the COVID-19 curve and limit the disease’s spread. The mom of three currently lives in Sydney’s eastern suburbs in a home she purchased for $1.95 million back in 2003 — she listed it for $8 million in 2017, but the property never sold. What did sell, however, was Krissy’s Sydney apartment, for a whopping $3.7 million this past November.
It’s not hard to see why Krissy is the Property Princess: We can barely keep up with her real estate portfolio!
