Ciara Miller Just Achieved the “Ultimate Goal” in Her Modeling Career
“Dream job come true,” the Summer House cast member declared while sharing photos from her impressive new gig.
Ciara Miller just added a major accomplishment to her résumé.
On March 15, the Summer House cast member took to Instagram in various gorgeous lacy corsets paired with ripped boyfriend-style jeans to announce her latest modeling milestone: working with Victoria’s Secret.
“Dream job come true shooting with [Victoria’s Secret],” Ciara captioned a video of herself showing off “staple piece[s]” from the brand, which included white, hot pink, and light blue corsets that she flawlessly flexed along with casually sexy beach waves.
Following her post, numerous Bravolebrities and fans flooded the comments section with their praise of both Ciara’s stylish looks and fabulous career move.
“VERY GOOD SWEETIE,” Ciara’s Summer House castmate Mya Allen gushed, while Southern Charm’s Venita Aspen wrote, “LETS GO!!!!!!!!!”
In an interview with Page Six, Ciara declared: "Working as a Victoria’s Secret model is the ultimate goal!”
Back in February 2021, upon joining the Summer House cast, Ciara opened up about her experience in the fashion business and some of the struggles she has faced in the industry as a Black woman.
“People in the modeling world, they either want the Black girl with light green eyes with straight hair or they want the really, really dark skin with… coily hair. And when you’re somewhere in the middle, it does create a lot of insecurity and self-doubt,” Ciara shared in an episode interview at the time.
She also explained how modeling has influenced the way she wears her hair. “Even in modeling, it’s just easier for me to wear extensions because not everyone knows to style Black hair,” she said. “I think about my hair constantly — and even though I feel like I have great self-esteem, it’s not with my natural hair.”
Following the aforementioned interview on Summer House, Ciara has often taken to Instagram to get even more personal with fans about various beauty topics, opening up about her natural curls back in May 2022.
“It’s just very [time-consuming],” she wrote in an Instagram Story at the time while showing off her gorgeous mane styled in an updo. “Like it already takes me forever to get ready… If my hair isn’t done, I’m not going. Also, I don’t like constantly manipulating my hair and when it’s natural I feel like I need to because I don’t really know how to maintain and make it last. It’s a journey.”
She went on to reveal that about every eight weeks she gets a “deep conditioning treatment” that keeps the “hair’s texture intact while leaving it smoother and more hydrated.”
