Hannah Berner Has Big News About Her Wedding Dress

When asked why she and her fiancé Des Bishop got engaged so quickly, Hannah Berner explained, “Once you find the right one, you have to lock him down.” It sounds like the Summer House cast member and Bravo’s Chat Room co-host had a similar philosophy for picking out her wedding dress. The bride-to-be just shared some exciting details about her upcoming wedding, which you can check out in the video above. 

Hannah’s co-host Gizelle Bryant was excited to begin the search for the perfect gown. “I wanna go dress shopping with you,” The Real Housewives of Potomac cast member said. “What are we doing with the dress?”

“Well let’s just say, I am a terrible shopper. First dress I tried on, I said, ‘This is the one.’ First dress!” Hannah explained. “It literally takes me years to find like one top, but I got the dress.”

Needless to say, Gizelle was pretty bummed to learn she’d missed her opportunity to watch Hannah pick out her dream gown. “I wanted to go dress shopping, dammit!” Gizelle replied. 

If Hannah’s dress is anything like her fabulous 18-karat yellow gold engagement ring with a round diamond, it’s sure to be beautiful. She opened up about her ring in an interview with PEOPLE, in which she explained, “It’s just perfect because I can wear it with my sweats. I can wear it more dressed up. And I feel like it’s, as my friends would say, very me.” 

The comedian even used her engagement announcement as an opportunity to "normalize unmanicured nails" in engagement photos, so it's probably safe to assume her wedding style will be fairly laidback. 

Hannah also teased a few more details about the day she’ll walk down the aisle, adding that the ceremony will be “this August in Shelter Island.” Although she hasn’t technically confirmed her bridal party just yet, Gizelle and Porsha are making a pretty strong case for convincing Hannah to include them in her special day.
