In addition to the epic backyard bashes and romance dramas, Summer House is an ab fest. Not only do all of the cast members appear to be in great shape, but they basically live in swimsuits all summer long, showcasing their toned bods — and giving us all the gym inspo we need. Luckily for us, the Hamptons party crew just spilled all of their fitness secrets.
The Summer House pals all have a very different take when it comes to getting in shape for the summer. Carl Radke and Jules Daoud are the resident yogis of the house. "They way I get ready for the summer is a little bit of intermittent fasting, a lot of yoga, and definitely a little anxiety helps," Jules joked to Page Six. Carl prefers hot yoga and likes to "limit the sugars and try to eat a lot of protein."
Lindsay Hubbard likes to plan ahead with her fitness routine and "start in the winter." Her go-to workout: "A lot of cardio and squats because they love to show our asses," she said.
Fiancés Amanda Batula and Kyle Cooke both cut sugar out of their diets before swimsuit season, but you won't catch Amanda in the gym. "Amanda's workout is nonexistent," Kyle revealed. The graphic designer has her own method. "Abs are made in the kitchen. That's why you also get a spray tan, because they do a little airbrush of some abs and you're all good," Amanda shared.
As for resident fashionista Paige DeSorbo, "there's no diet, there's no plan." The only planning Paige does for the season focuses on her chic outfits.
