Adrienne Maloof Celebrates Her Twin Sons' 18th Birthday: "Where Has the Time Gone?"
The RHOBH alum and her ex-husband, Dr. Paul Nassif, posted sweet birthday messages for their boys, Christian and Colin.
Adrienne Maloof’s youngest boys are all grown up.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum spent the weekend celebrating the 18th birthday of Christian and Colin, the twin sons she shares with her ex-husband, Dr. Paul Nassif. Adrienne provided a glimpse at the birthday festivities in an April 13 Instagram post, which showed a handful of gift bags and mylar balloons in her kitchen.
“Celebrating the special day of my boys,” the caption read, followed by the “celebrate life” and “joyful moments” hashtags. “Here’s to a year filled with joy, adventure, and (of course) cake!”

Adrienne also posted a sweet throwback photo from Christian and Colin’s toddler years. The boys were seen sitting side by side on a couch while wearing white onesies with animal graphics.
“I can’t believe you’re 18…” she wrote in the post. “Where has the time gone?? Happy Birthday my wonderful boys! [Hashtag] Time Flies.”

Paul Nassif sends heartfelt birthday wishes to his sons, Christian and Colin
Paul was also in disbelief over the milestone birthdays. On April 13, the plastic surgeon shared a heartfelt Instagram tribute to his and Adrienne's “babies."
“My twins are 18… I can’t believe it!” he wrote in the carousel, which showed the twins dressed in suits. “It feels like it was just yesterday that they were born. Time is a crazy thing & this reminds me of the importance each moment we spend together has.”
He continued: “Christian & Collin, I’m so unbelievably proud of you both and I can’t wait to see all the amazing things adulthood has in store for you! I love you both with all of my heart. Happy Birthday to my now-adult boys who will always be my babies..x”
Where do Adrienne Maloof and Paul Nassif stand after their divorce?
Adrienne and Paul also share a 20-year-old son named Gavin, who is currently in college.
The former couple tied the knot in May of 2002 and finalized their divorce in 2012, shortly after Adrienne exited RHOBH (Season 3). Although they admit their split wasn’t exactly amicable, the former couple managed to build a cordial relationship through “years of counseling.”
Paul — who now shares a 3-year-old daughter with his current wife, Brittany Pattakos — spoke about his co-parenting journey in a 2023 interview with E! News. The plastic surgeon said he and Adrienne have made huge strides in the decade since their divorce and were “doing very well.”
“I’ve talked to her at least probably five, six times a week,” Paul told the outlet, “which is a good thing for our kids.”
