Aesha Scott Makes a Big Declaration About "Marrying Scott [Dobson]” After Season 9

Aesha Scott is getting married to fiancé, Scott "Scotty" Dobson, in the near future. But if the Below Deck Mediterranean Season 9 chief stew wasn't getting married to him, she might have married her another "love" she came across during the season instead.

Shortly before the Below Deck Med Season 9 finale aired, Aesha took to her Instagram feed, where she posted 10 different photos, hanging out with her cast members (like Nathan Gallagher and Carrie O'Neill), standing aboard Mustique, dining near the water, and relaxing in her swimsuit. But the best photo from this series was the last one — a screen grab from Season 9 of Aesha, happily sticking her tongue out and eating noodles, which she proudly declared her love for (Watch out, Scott!).

Aesha wrote the sweetest message in the caption of the post and revealed that she really loved those noodles on the ship. "Whether you loved it or hated it, I wanted to say a huge sincere THANK YOU to everyone that took time to watch it," she wrote. "The huge amount of hard work, lack of sleep, and endless hours that goes towards creating this show, both from cast and production, is so worth it when we know people are taking a load off after a busy day and relaxing to one of our episodes."

She also thanked her friends, family, and loved ones, including Scott for supporting her throughout the season. "The love and support from friends, family, and you incredible humans out there is never unnoticed," she added.

"P.S. If I wasn't marrying Scott I'd be marrying my love in the last slide," she declared, referring to the food.

Aesha Scott says Scott Dobson "quite possibly" has some competition

Aesha's fellow Season 9 yachties took to the comments where they shared their support for her. But it was here, in the comments where Aesha revealed that Scotty "quite possibly" might need to be concerned about the competition between himself and the noodles.

Aesha also revealed in the comments that she is the "luckiest ducky ever" after one commenter pointed out that she "can marry Scott AND ramen noodles!!" Needless to say, it sounds like this is one thing in their relationship that Scotty will have to accept when he marries Aesha.

In an interview with The Daily Dish in May, Aesha revealed that they are busy planning a "big wedding," but they're not rushing anything. "We love basking in the moment and enjoying this phase of our relationship," she said. "We want to have a long engagement."

But, they do plan on getting married in 2025, in a location somewhere close to the ocean. "We want to do it in the New Zealand summer, which is obviously, over Christmas time," she explained to The Daily Dish. "We don't want to do it this summer. We want to do it next summer. We wanted to enjoy this phase, and we also wanted to wait long enough that all our American friends and family had enough time to save and to really turn it into a big holiday."
