We Have a Major Update on Austen Kroll and Madison LeCroy's Relationship

Austen Kroll may have broken things off with his girlfriend, Madison LeCroy, earlier this season of Southern Charm, but that doesn't mean these Charlestonians have stopped hanging out. In fact, things have been pretty steamy between the two of them so far during the Charmers' trip to Colorado — and we're not just talking about their dip in the hot tub. It looks like things are just going to continue to heat up for Austen and Madison on the ski slopes in the next episode of Southern Charm on Wednesday at 9/8c. 

But cut to a few months later, and things got a little tense between Austen and Madison — on live TV. Madison spoke out about Austen's alleged cheating from the audience when Kathryn Dennis and Patricia Altschul appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen in May. She confirmed that she did cheat on Austen in retaliation and implied that he was OK with it. "I said, 'Well, it looks to me like [a] hall pass. I can do whatever,'" she said.

Austen addressed Madison's comments on Twitter that night: "What an absolute fabrication," he tweeted. "Madison, lied to me and begged the guy to not tell me about her indiscretion. Unbelievable."

When Austen appeared on WWHL on Wednesday night, he opened up about the aftermath of his tweet (clip above). "It wasn't good," he said. "It was a rookie mistake on my part to let the show and watching it and everything like that get the better of me and my emotions."

However, Austen said that he still stands by what he said in his tweet today.

Later on in the show, Madison tweeted at Austen, "Hey @AustenKroll look into the camera and tell them what you tell me."

Austen said that he wasn't quite sure what Madison was referring to in her tweet. "Madison, you beautiful baby. I'm sorry," he said on WWHL (clip below). "I don't know. What do you want me to say? I don't know what you want me to say!"

When Andy Cohen asked if Austen really meant his apology to Madison, the Charmer said, "I mean, I care about Madison a lot, and that will never change."

Austen had more to say about Madison in the WWHL After Show when a caller asked if she's jealous of his friendship with his ex Chelsea Meissner. "That's a great question, actually, and it pleases me to say that Madison and Chelsea have gotten along, where exes of mine have not gotten along," he said. "My ex last season did not."

Austen's fellow WWHL guest, Craig Conover, who seemed to have feelings about everything his friend said about Madison during the night, simply had a little tease of how we can expect things to go down when the whole Southern Charm crew is back together again. "I just know that in two weeks, we're doing our reunion, and it's going to be an absolute bloodbath," Craig said.
