In an April 7 Instagram post, Ashley shared a photo of little Dylan meeting a very special family member for the first time ever. “It warmed my heart immensely to introduce Dylan to his Aunt Monica, Uncle Lump, and Cousin Madison yesterday!” Ashley wrote in the caption of the post. “We kept checking when their vaccinations would be completed and when they were…”

Fans will recognize Uncle Lump from RHOP, where he most recently made an appearance in Season 5 during the October 18 episode, in which he shared some ultra-wise relationship and parenting advice. Ashley opened up about their relationship in an interview during the episode, explaining, “When my dad left and never came back, Uncle Lump stepped up and he’s really been a father figure to me.”

Since welcoming baby Dylan into the world on March 2, Ashley has provided a few updates on what life is like for the Darbys as a family of four. Dean loves being a big brother and according to Ashley, “he insists on pushing his brother [in the stroller] every time we leave the house.”

She also shared an update on her own health just days after giving birth, writing, "I am currently in the throes of early postpartum including round the clock feedings, engorgement, blebs and perineum healing. All that said, it’s crazy how much I still love this whole journey! From the days of loving on the belly to nurturing little humans, it’s so rewarding. That’s not to say those aforementioned aspects aren’t tough, but they feel like the smallest price to pay for this miracle. (Still so sappy).”
