Captain Lee Rosbach and Kate Chastain Reveal Their Below Deck Dream Crews and There Are Definitely Some Surprises

Dozens of yachties have been a part of the Below Deck and Below Deck Mediterranean crews over the series' respective seasons, but of course, some have been more successful than others. For every longtime crew member like Captain Lee Rosbach and Kate Chastain, there's a yachtie who's received a plane ticket home before the season was even out. 

Since Captain Lee and Kate have basically seen the good, the bad, and the crazy during their time on Below Deck, we had to know who would ultimately snag a coveted spot in their dream crews. And because we wanted to make things interesting, we asked Captain Lee and Kate to assemble their all-star lineup of yachties from anyone in Below Deck OR Below Deck Mediterranean. Sure, they'd be going off only what they've seen on TV when it comes to Below Deck Med's crew members since they haven't worked with any of them, with the exception of Ben Robinson, but is there really anything else they need to know?

The choice was clear for Captain Lee. He didn't even hesitate before he named the one crew member who would definitely be on his yacht. But for Kate, the decision wasn't easy. "They're all my children," she told The Daily Dish. "I have to make sure they all have clean uniforms, snacks, beverages."
