This May Be the Worst Reaction a Charter Guest Has Had to a Chef’s Food in Below Deck History
Chef Dave White’s pancakes continue to frustrate charter guest Dominique Easley on the upcoming Below Deck Mediterranean season finale.
The pancake drama on Below Deck Mediterranean remains afloat on Monday’s Season 7 finale.
Charter guest Dominique Easley made it clear on last week's episode that he’s very particular about the preparation of the breakfast food, and while chef Dave White did his best to appease the former NFL pro, this sneak peek indicates that he’s still got his work cut out for him.
Things at least start off on a good note, though. Chief stew Natasha Webb brings Dominique the dish of pancakes while the group enjoys breakfast, and despite another guest’s assertion that they “can already tell” he doesn’t like the pancakes, Dominique says, “They look good.”
That opinion quickly changes. "They look raw on the inside," says one of Dominque's friends. “There’s still batter on the inside. They’re not even cooked all the way.”
Dominique shares a similar sentiment, adding, “That s--t is f--king terrible. That s--t look like pudding.”
Natasha gets word of this and promptly asks Dominque how he would prefer the pancakes. His response? “Cooked.”
However, that’s not what he wants her to tell Dave. “It’s OK,” Dominique concludes. “I don’t want to hurt his feelings. Just tell him it was good.”
“I’m just gonna wait ’til I get back home,” he continues, “so I can eat my pancakes the correct way.”
