9 Things You Didn't See at the Below Deck Season 7 Reunion
See what went on behind the scenes of the sit-down with Andy Cohen.
The drama! The tears! The walk-offs! And that's just what happened in front of the camera during the Below Deck Season 7 reunion.
Before the Valor crew even started looking back at the season with host Andy Cohen, they were making some memories backstage at the reunion. Lucky for you, The Daily Dish was on the ground to see firsthand how the yachties got ready for the reunion, and we've got the behind-the-scenes scoop for you right here, right now.
And in case you were wondering how the yachties wound down from all the conflict at the reunion, we've also got an update on what everyone did after the taping with a little help from the crew's social media accounts. So, did everyone celebrate together, or was there still a rift among the group, as Courtney Skippon predicted there would be at the end of the reunion? Read on to find out.
1. Captain Lee Rosbach and Kate Chastain Continued to Prove They Have the Most Adorable Friendship
Before all of the craziness to come in the Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen Clubhouse, Captain Lee Rosbach and Kate Chastain got in some fun, hanging out in the green room and rocking out to some tunes. The Daily Dish overheard some Phil Collins being played in the background. Of course they were listening to some yacht rock!
2. The Crew Had the Most Fun Backstage
We have the pics to prove it!
3. Captain Lee Brought a Special Guest to the Reunion
Captain Lee's beloved wife, Mary Anne, accompanied the Stud of the Sea to the reunion and was backstage during filming. Not only has Mary Anne previously appeared on Below Deck, but she has also accompanied her husband to his appearances in the Clubhouse in the past, even serving as the guest bartender on WWHL, so she definitely received a warm welcome there.
4. The Valor Crew Looked Even Better Out of Their Uniforms
The Below Deck Season 7 yachties traded in those iconic blue polos for some glamorous gowns and suits for the reunion. We didn't think it was possible, but they somehow managed to look even hotter off the yacht.
5. The WWHL Clubhouse Looked a Little Different
The Clubhouse is famous for its collection of Andy's mementos. But look closely, and you'll see that the Clubhouse got a Below Deck makeover for the reunion, thanks to nautical decor, like a life preserver, sailboats, and a sea turtle.
6. This Is What the Crew Sipped on During the Reunion
The crew members got to have their drink of choice next to them as they filmed the reunion. From vodka to champagne to water, find out each of the yachties' drink of choice here.
7. The Below Deck Crew Kept the Party Going in New York City
The Valor crew took a bite out of the Big Apple after filming the Below Deck reunion, having a night out on the town together. Hopefully, it was less intense than the crew's nights out have been this season.
8. Rhylee Gerber Shared a Special Moment with Captain Lee After the Reunion
Rhylee Gerber was her usual fiery self this season of Below Deck, but she shared a quiet moment with Captain Lee and his wife, Mary Anne, after the reunion, which seemed to strengthen their bond. "I had a great time last night with you both and I'm grateful we were able to have a long overdue conversation allowing us both to gain a better understanding and appreciation for one another," Rhylee tweeted the day after the reunion, along with photos of their night out. "Looking forward to crossing paths again soon!"
9. This Is What the Crew Looked Like the Morning After
Decider caught up with Kate, Rhylee, and Courtney the day after the reunion, and snapped the above photo. Yes, it looks like they went through quite the experience at the Below Deck reunion.
Relive one of the buzziest moments of the reunion, below.
