Bethenny Frankel Is Officially Divorced ... and Engaged

The Real Housewives of New York City alum Bethenny Frankel is officially divorced, her rep confirmed to E! News on Tuesday (March 22). According to E! News, the mogul and her ex-husband, Jason Hoppy, finalized their divorce earlier this year when a judge signed off on their judgment of divorce on January 20.

In the wake of the news, PEOPLE also reports that Bethenny is engaged to Paul Bernon. She first sparked engagement rumors after being spotted with a diamond ring over the weekend, as first reported by Page Six.

It's been a long road since Bethenny first split from Jason nearly a decade ago. She and Jason announced their separation in December 2012 after marrying in 2010. It was reported that they had finalized their divorce in 2016.

However, on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen back in September 2020, Bethenny noted, “I’m still married." Prior to that in 2019, Bethenny nodded at the fact that she is still married on social media. Bethenny and her ex are are parents to a 10-year-old daughter, Bryn.

Bethenny reconnected with her now-fiancé Paul in January 2021 when they were spotted together months after they had reportedly split up in October. They originally began dating in 2018. In February of this year, Bethenny spoke to Andy Cohen on her podcast Just B with Bethenny Frankel about her life with Paul.

“Paul has a small social following because he’s produced some movies, but he doesn’t post at all,” Bethenny explained. “Like, he’ll post a picture of a sunset once every six months. I have never been in a relationship with someone who had social media, which I love, by the way. I wouldn’t be into some guy taking pictures of himself and filtering himself and showing how great his fake life was.”

Since they reunited, Bethenny has posted several cute photos with Paul... on her Instagram account.
