James Corden Serves Up His Own Kind of "Lemonade" in Honor of Beyoncé
The late-night host pokes fun at Queen Bey's latest musical effort.
In a pitch-perfect parody of Beyoncé's visual album, Lemonade, The Late Late Show host James Corden has a little fun at Queen Bey's expense. On Monday night, James released his very own Visual Monologue that puts a rather-serious spotlight on the struggle of coming up with jokes night after night to open his show. With scenes that look a lot like the ones featured in Lemonade, Corden dissects his daily conundrum of having to create funny lines that poke fun at daily events.
Yes, the satire even includes its own reference to the much-discussed "Becky with the good hair" line featured on the track, "Sorry." While telling one of the jokes featured in the Visual Monolgue, James wonders, "Does that make you laugh, like Jimmy with the good hair?" (Yes, it kind of does.)
But, that's not all, James even shares his own recipes for lemonade in the video. And yes, it includes "eight juicy-ass lemons," which we're not sure sounds tasty or gross. So pour yourself a glass of Lemonjames and check out the full video below. We promise it's worth taking a sip or two.
