It was the Instagram that left everyone a bit hungry.

After Blake Lively posted a selfie of herself in the kitchen with Top Chef Season 3 winner Hung Huynh late last year, we all were a bit curious what the actress and the cheftestant were up to. Well, consider the mystery solved.

Turns out they were cooking up roasted cauliflower with pomegranate. "We love cauliflower because it doesn't really taste like a vegetable," reads a description on her lifestyle site, Preserve. "It could almost be a fake potato. Especially when there's cheese involved. Once Chef Hung touches cauliflower, it becomes the heart of a beautiful winter medley, add some pomegranates and raisins and itís sweet and savory."

Blake also opened up a bit about what it was like to cook alongside the Top Chef star.

"Chef Hung made sure to teach us all along the way," Lively added. "He and I have one big thing in common: he loves food. And I love food. That makes us soul mates as far as I'm concerned! It's inspiring to be around someone that is so passionate about what they do."

As Blake previously teased in the original Instagram last December, Hung even played the foodie dice challenge, which he has now shared he really enjoyed.

"Playing with the dice really puts me in a mind-set to create unusual combinations that I may not pair with the ingredient that appears," he said. "Playing with Blake I got some constructive feedback, like 'Are you sure you want to do that?'."
