Brandi Redmond Addresses a Major Misconception About Her Marriage

The Real Housewives of Dallas mom opens up about where things stand with her husband today.

By Laura Rosenfeld

Brandi Redmond has never been shy about sharing the ups and downs of her marriage with fans of The Real Housewives of Dallas, whether it's revealing that her husband Bryan Redmond once said that he wanted to get a divorce last season or showing how much they have reconnected since last year. Still, one fan wondered how supportive Bryan really is of Brandi's time on RHOD during Monday night's Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.

How to Watch

Catch up on The Real Housewives of Dallas on Peacock or the Bravo App.

A caller asked why Bryan didn't appear on RHOD this season — even though we actually have seen him throughout the season — and was it because he's embarrassed by her behavior with the other Housewives. "Actually, my husband did appear on the show. And, you know, my husband's very supportive, and we just left Miami celebrating his birthday," Brandi responded to the caller on WWHL. "But yeah, he's very supportive of me and loves me for who I am. So I'm sorry that you feel that way."

The RHOD mom recently posted the sweetest birthday message for Bryan, along with some lovely pics from their trip to Miami, on Instagram. "Loved every minute celebrating my favorite GingerMan," she gushed in one post. "Happy Birthday Babe and there’s no other person I’d want to grow old with."

Brandi and Bryan's fellow Dallas power couple, Stephanie and Travis Hollman, also joined the Redmonds in the birthday festivities.

Brandi opened up to The Daily Dish earlier this season about what she learned about her relationship with Bryan from their tough times last season of RHOD. "Bryan and I are amazing. If you go back, if you look at what we went through, I think it was a learning lesson for both of us. We learned to communicate better and just reflecting back on that, it was actually a blessing, because we were able to pull ourselves together, go through counseling, and really focus on the things that we really needed to to make our marriage better," she shared. "I love that I had the opportunity to come back and show it to everybody. It makes me smile."
