The Summer House-mate also clarified that the flower boy drama was “not my decision.”

Was Lindsay Hubbard "Relieved" When Carl Radke Called Off Their Engagement?
As Lindsay has taken some time to process her split from Carl, she's recognized that there were a lot of cracks in their relationship. On WWHL, host Andy Cohen asked the Hubb House creator if she felt "relieved" at all that Carl made the decision to cancel the wedding.
"It would have been a really, hard, long, tough road ahead in my future," Lindsay said about how their relationship would have fared had they walked down the aisle. "But, you know, it's complicated, right? Like, I spent all summer [and] I spent almost an entire year planning a wedding and grinding and organizing so much for it. So, it's a little frustrating..."

Does Lindsay Hubbard Miss Carl Radke?
Though Lindsay has "complicated" feelings about her breakup, she recognized that she was not going to be the one to call things off.
As she explained, "I'm a very loyal, hardworking [person]. I will try and try and try. I was in it. I was in love with this man, he was the love of my life, we were gonna get married. [He was] my best friend for eight years. This was somebody — you don't just throw it away with the flick of a hat."
Andy asked if Lindsay missed having Carl as a friend.
"There were moments that I missed him as a friend, but, after speaking with my therapist, she was like, 'But he's not the person you thought he was,'" Lindsay said.
Lindsay Hubbard Reacts to the Flower Boy Drama Surrounding Kyle Cooke and Carl Radke
During the race car-themed party on Summer House Season 8, Carl asked Kyle Cooke, his longtime close friend, to be a flower boy in his wedding — not a groomsman, best man, or officiant. In an interview on Season 8, Episode 7, Carl claimed that Lindsay did not want Kyle to be a groomsman. Lindsay has since sounded off on that accusation, noting that she did not ever explicitly say that Kyle could not be in Carl's wedding party.
"It was my idea to make him, Luke [Gulbranson], and Andrea [Denver] flower boys, but it was not my conversation or my decision to not make Kyle a groomsman," she explained. "That conversation, he even said in his confessional, we never talked about that."
Lindsay said that she didn't make any calls about Carl's wedding party.
"I didn't make any decisions about who Carl's groomsmen were. He didn't make any decisions about my bridesmaids. We only decided on the number," she continued. "And, at the end of the day, I was like, 'What are you going to do about the Summer House boys? Like, we need to involve them,' and it was my idea to involve them as flower boys, because he wasn't going to do anything with them."
