Major congratulations are in order for Braunwyn Windham-Burke! The Real Housewives of Orange County mom recently announced that after more than two homework-free decades, she is heading back to school. 

Braunwyn shared the news in an August 17 Instagram post. “I’m so excited!” she captioned a photo of herself smiling and dancing. “After 20+ years, I’m going back to school today! Wish me luck!” The mom of seven also added the hashtags, “college,” “back to school,” and “do what you love.” 

Braunwyn has not yet shared what topic she is currently studying, and it appears that she’s keeping it under wraps for now. When one of her followers commented, “What are you studying?!” Braunwnyn coyly replied, “You’ll see ;).” When another follower asked the same question, she teased that we’ll learn more about her studies on RHOC, adding that she’s studying “something very important to me. Gotta watch next season.” 

In another comment, Braunwyn did reveal that she’s enrolled in “a 2 year program,” but that she anticipates it will take her a bit longer than that to finish. “It’ll probably take me 3 or 4,” she wrote. 

Braunwyn isn’t the only Bravoleb who recently announced a return to school. Candiace Dillard Bassett is also pursuing another degree.

The Real Housewives of Potomac cast member shared the news in an August 5 Instagram post, in which she explained that she is returning to her alma mater, Howard University, for her Masters of Business Administration, writing, “The rich legacy that is Howard University poured into me once and shaped the woman I am today. I cannot wait to call myself a double alumna!”
