The fashion competition you know and love is getting an update for this momentous new season. "The first time I saw Project Runway was 15 years ago. Since then, the world has changed and so has the fashion industry," new host Karlie Kloss says in the above trailer for Season 17. "This season of Project Runway will reflect that fashion evolution."

In Season 17, 16 new designers will descend upon an all-new workroom and runway in the hopes of becoming the next big thing in fashion. And the stakes are higher than ever in the new season of Project Runway: The winner will go home with the largest cash prize in the show's history, more than a quarter million dollars.

Joining Karlie in her inaugural season of Project Runway will also be new mentor, fashion designer, and Project Runway Season 4 winner Christian Siriano, as well as fashion designer Brandon Maxwell and journalist and former Teen Vogue editor-in-chief Elaine Welteroth, who will serve as judges. ELLE editor-in-chief Nina Garcia, who has been a judge on Project Runway since the very beginning, will also be back to help find the next great fashion designer.

But some things thankfully never change when it comes to Project Runway. The designers will once again take on the toughest challenges all around New York City, testing their talent in several different areas of the fashion industry, such as flash sales, fast fashion, and Instagram. And they'll get to wow some of the biggest names in Hollywood and fashion who appear as guest judges and special guests throughout the season, including Cardi B, Danielle Brooks, and Kendall Jenner's personal stylist, Marni Senofonte.

Fans will also have the opportunity to own a piece of the runway this season. In several episodes, the judges' winning look and a fan-favorite look will be manufactured by Nineteenth Amendment and sold on Bravotv.com/ProjectRunway.

So, get ready. The new season of Project Runway will be unlike anything you've ever seen before.
