We Weren't Prepared for Reza Farahan's Update on His Relationship with Mercedes "MJ" Javid

What a difference a season makes. Reza Farahan and Mercedes "MJ" Javid have been BFFs for decades, way before Shahs of Sunset ever hit our TV screens. But lately, there have been rumblings about trouble in paradise for the onetime close friends.

Reza gave an update on where he stands with MJ today during the Men of Bravo panel at BravoCon on Sunday, November 17. "We were very close," he said during the fan Q&A portion of the event (clip above). "We are in a much better place right now than when we were shooting the season and hopefully, you know, there's gonna be a better tomorrow ahead."

He told another fan, "I'm super hopeful that we can get back on track, and she is in a different place. She's married with a baby now. I'm in a different place."

Reza went on to tease a "nuclear" Season 8 of Shahs of Sunset that is filled with "a lot of regrets." "So you guys will watch. It'll help you answer some of these questions," he explained. "And then you'll be like, 'OK, you guys just need to sit down and hug it out.'"

That's exactly what happened after Reza ran into another member of the Shahs of Sunset family he's been having some drama with as of late at BravoCon: Mike Shouhed. "But then I bumped into him and he asked me to his room. And we had a nice conversation in his room and I'm going to see him tonight," Reza revealed during an interview with BravoTV.com at BravoCon. "The fact that I caught that elevator! Reunited and it feels so good." 

Reza actually came armed with updates during the Men of Bravo panel. He also shared the status of his baby plans with husband Adam Neely. "I don't know that we're gonna adopt, but hopefully we will have a surrogate give birth to a baby in the near future," he said.
