Josh Altman Just Shared This About Heather Dubrow and Terry Dubrow At BravoCon 2023
The Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles spilled on his friendship with clients Terry and Heather Dubrow.
Josh Altman of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles and his real estate clients, The Real Housewives Of Orange County's Heather Dubrow and Terry Dubrow broke records when they closed on a deal to sell the couple's home for $55 million last October. But now, at BravoCon 2023, Josh is sharing more on his friendship with the couple outside of the real estate market.

Speaking on Friday, Nov. 3 at BravoCon 2023, Josh explained, “We were sitting down at dinner last night and we ran into, literally in the booth next to me, my clients, Heather and Terry Dubrow.
This was far from the first time he and his wife, Heather Altman, have been out to dinner with Heather and Terry, though. Added Josh, "Yeah, when we go out to dinner it ends up being a five hour dinner. We close down restaurants every single time, so that was a blast.”

When it comes to Josh's professional relationship with Heather and Terry, fans may recall that Heather revealed last October that with the help of Josh, she and Terry sold their 22,000-square-foot Newport Beach mansion for $55 million. The sale broke the record for the largest sale of the year in Orange County, California, and was the third highest sale in Orange County history.
Heather first hinted that the family was making a big real estate change during BravoCon 2022 when she shared the family bought an apartment in Los Angeles.
“I’m in a very transitional stage in my family’s life with two kids off to college and the third not that far behind — and then the fourth not that far behind that,” she said at the time, referring to her children Nick, Max, Kat, and Collette. “You know, Terry and I have been having lots of conversations about what’s happening next with us.”
Josh revealed on Friday that keeping the real estate deal a secret was difficult since it was happening during BravoCon 2022.
"Yeah, we wanted to talk about it," Josh revealed at Friday's BravoCon interview panel. "She definitely wanted to talk about it. I did too. It was really funny because it was like our little secret."
Josh said the house was currently in escrow during BravoCon 2022, with a week left before contingencies were lifted.
"Obviously, I wanted to tell the world because it was a record breaker, but we couldn’t," Josh said at the live stage interview.
He also hinted he's since done other real estate deals with the RHOC couple.
"We’ve actually done multiple deals with them," Josh said. "Super savvy. SUPER savvy. They don’t mess around."
