Brittany Cartwright and Jax Taylor's wedding is coming up quickly on June 29, and everyone in the Vanderpump Rules circle has an opinion about the big day.

There's certainly been drama when it comes to the wedding party: Kristen Doute said on the Vanderpump Rules After Show that she was shocked to not have been chosen as a Maid of Honor after Brittany named her longtime friend Cara Marie Maid of Honor and fellow SURver Katie Maloney-Schwartz Matron of Honor. Choosing the bridal party was definitely a source of angst for Brittany, who didn't want to hurt anyone's feelings by leaving them out.

In the Season 7 finale, Brittany broke the news to Lala Kent that she was not a bridesmaid. Although she reiterated how much their friendship meant to her, she said her bridal party was huge as it was and she just couldn't add more people. Lala reassured her that it was fine and the two hugged it out. But it appears there have been some changes since that conversation.

Lala told The Daily Dish podcast that she and Brittany have revisited that topic since the engagement party: "She asked me to be a bridesmaid which was the most epic day ever," Lala said. "Off-camera she asked me, over New Year's Eve. My mom cried, you guys, because my mom was there when she asked me. And I was like, 'Mom, why are you crying about this?' She was like, 'Do you know what an honor it is to be someone's bridesmaid?' I'm like, "Oh my god, OK, calm down.' But it made me really happy."

While Brittany didn't present Lala with a Beauty and the Beast-esque enchanted rose, Lala appreciated that Brittany asked her in an intimate setting, over dinner in Miami on New Year's Eve. "We just had dinner and she told my mom she wanted to ask me to be a bridesmaid and my mom started getting weird and giddy and I'm like, 'My mom's really excited about the buzz she's getting right now,' that's what I thought it was about, but then she just pulled me aside... It was pretty chic; it was in Miami at Swan, this new, chic eating place."

So now Lala is officially a part of the SURvers' big day! She also revealed where the gang is headed for Brittany's bachelorette party; hear what she had to say about their plans in the podcast episode above. And make sure to tune in to the Vanderpump Rules reunion; Part 1 airs Monday at 9/8c. Preview, below.
