Camille Grammer Shares a Love Letter from Ex Kelsey Grammer

What once was sweet now fails to warm the #RHOBH alum's heart.

Camille Grammer's Divorce Horror

Camille Grammer and her ex-husband Kelsey Grammer haven't been on great terms since they divorced in 2011, to put it mildly. However, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum shared an old handwritten love letter from Kelsey on Twitter Tuesday, and it shows that there was love in this relationship at one time.

The note reads: "Dear Camille, It's 7 a.m. on Friday morning and I'm missing you terribly. Something seems more intimate and meaningful when writing as opposed to the phone. So, I just wanted to send you a little reminder of how much I love you — a reminder you can keep forever; a page from a time when I was in Vancouver and you were home. I was missing you terribly and wanted you to know how grateful I am for you in my life. I can't wait to see you. Love — Your Husband, Kelsey"

Unfortunately, Kelsey's love letter seems to have only brought back painful memories for Camille. "He tried to rewrite history on @OWNTV," Camille wrote in the tweet, referring to Kelsey's 2012 interview with Oprah Winfrey on her OWN show Oprah's Next Chapter. Camille later explained on Twitter that in the interview, Kelsey wasn't truthful in saying "that he never loved me. The marriage was over before it began. Many other things in the same context."

"I devoted myself to the last marriage I had because I just said to myself, 'OK, I'm not doing this again.' And so I stayed because I'm a stubborn cuss, and I was not in it or happy in it... for a long, long time. It pretty much was over as soon as it began," Kelsey said of his marriage to Camille during his interview with Oprah. "I felt like it was a kind of self-imposed, like a sentence, like I'd be sentenced to it in a weird way by myself. But getting out the promise of something different didn't exist at that time."

As Camille gets ready to move out of the mansion she shared with the actor, she's been cleaning out her house, packing up, and sharing many mementos from the past, such as this love letter, on Twitter.
