Who Does Caroline Stanbury's Makeup Now That She's in Dubai?
The #LadiesOfLondon mom dishes on what it's like not living in the same city as bestie Luke Henderson.
One of Caroline Stanbury's closest friendships over the years has been with her makeup artist/bestie, Luke Henderson. So it's no surprise that Caroline got a little teary-eyed while thinking about having to say goodbye to her mate upon her move to Dubai during the Ladies of London season finale.
But we can all rest easy knowing that Caroline's move hasn't torn these friends apart. "We talk all day, every day. From the moment he wakes up to the moment we go to bed, we text each other all night, all day," Caroline updated The Daily Dish. "Nothing's changed for us, nothing will."
Though they may no longer live in the same city, Caroline said that she and Luke have been constantly traveling together lately, from Los Angeles to New York. The only thing that these two can't do long distance is have Luke do Caroline's makeup. But that doesn't seem to bother the Ladies of London mom one bit. "I don't even need it that much here, which is a first, because I'm not going out that much," Caroline said. "I use a company here that I knew before that did me for a few shoots, and they come all the time. They've made it easy for me."
Caroline assured us that no one will ever be the makeup artist or the friend that Luke has been for her over the past nine years. "But no one will replace Bubbles," she said, using her nickname for Luke. "And Bubbles is a huge part of my family's life. They just love him."
Although Luke hasn't visited Caroline in Dubai yet since he has also been busy with his new line of makeup brushes for HSN, and they've been traveling together doing press for Ladies of London, they hope to get together in her new home soon. Personally, we would love to see Caroline and Luke do a podcast since watching them spill the British tea was so much fun. "I'd love to," Caroline said of the idea. "Then we could do it from anywhere, right?"
But it's always the most magical when Caroline and Luke are in the same room.
