Six Questions with John Legend and Chrissy Teigen

Chrissy Teigen has never been shy. She likes to keep it real and take fans inside the ups and downs of her life as a celebrity, wife, and mother. And her latest admission regarding her son, Miles, is right in line with her keeping it 100 all the time. Chrissy took to Twitter to share that her tot has started wearing a helmet to help with the development of his head shape. She confirmed the news on Twitter and Instagram, writing, “My baby bug got his head shaping helmet today! please don’t feel bad for him if you see photos. he is a happy bug and we’re just fixing his flat!”

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills on Peacock and the Bravo App.

Chrissy wanted to let fans know why she was sharing the info: "Just didn’t want you guys to see pictures and wonder. Not promoting anything. Just sharing our story! Thank you back to your bridge now."

That bridge she's referring to is the one her trolls live under, who she quickly clapped back at: "Good morning trolls! Just a friendly reminder that you do not indeed know absolutely everything. Miles has been seeing a physiotherapist - we didn’t just go straight to helmet. We tried muscle work and will continue. Also your flat headed kid turned out fine yes yes yes I agree."

Chrissy is hardly the first celeb mom to be open about their child wearing a helmet. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' Dorit Kemsley's child also wore one. She opened up about it in a cast blog in 2016. "Going to the doctor’s office to see our darling Phoenix’s head scans was very nerve-wracking. She's had this plastic helmet on to shape her skull for so long, and although she wasn’t in pain and it wasn’t bothering her, it is still very worrisome, and as a mother you just want to see her relieved of it. She's just a little baby, and it’s a daily struggle to see her in the helmet, so we were incredibly relieved when we got the wonderful news that she didn’t need it anymore. I felt like the world had lifted from my shoulders at that moment," she wrote at the time.

Meghan King Edmond's daughter, Aspen, also wore a helmet back in 2017. "When she was born, I noticed pretty much right away that her head was a little mishaped and my pediatrician said it happens sometimes when they come through the birth canal, so just rotate her when she sleeps," The Real Housewives of Orange County alum shared at the time. "She had kind of a tight neck, so I had to do physical therapy with her, stretches. Well then as she got a little bit older, I noticed her head was improving, but it was still not great."

One of Meghan's twins, Hayes, is also now wearing a helmet. She posted a pic of him on his way to pick up the helmet and then posted a shot of him wearing it alongside twin brother Hart.

Looks like little Miles is in good company!
