Could Teresa Tweet her Way onto 'Dancing With the Stars'?

Teresa Giudice has made no secret of her desire to test her tango on Dancing With the Stars. But after being passed over for past seasons, can T's Twitter army get her over the hump and help her hit the floor this time around?

As fans know, the Real Housewives of New Jersey star is a dancing machine so confident of her skills that last year she shared her not-at-all secret dream to strut her stuff on DWTS.  "I am thinking about doing 'Dancing With the Stars,'" she tweeted her quarter-of-a-million followers. But alas, Teresa found that a spin on the DWTS floor is one dance that's not ladies' choice. While the show has featured reality stars like Kate Gosselin, Kim Kardashian and Melissa Rycroft, the show has yet to dip into the Real Housewives' pool.

But now, with a new season of DWTS looming on September 19, Teresa's fans are atwitter with hopes of their own. "@Teresa_Giudice Teresa, u need 2 be on #dancingwiththestars!!" @lisalisaluv22 urged. "Not only would Teresa bring the house down on #DWTS," tweeted another fan, "but she would have my entire family voting for her."

The pleas did not go unheard. "Would [love] to but they don't want Housewives this season," Teresa replied to @LisaLisaluv22. "But Playmates are OK?" she added, tweeting a raised eyebrow at past DWTS contestants Holly Madison, Pamela Anderson, and Kendra Wilkinson.
