Are Austen Kroll and Lindsay Hubbard a Good Match? Craig Conover Weighs In

As members of the Southern Charm and Summer House squads come together, along with some new faces, this season of Winter House, some people are old friends, while others are meeting for the very first time. Austen Kroll and Lindsay Hubbard definitely belong in that former category as the two have been tight for years now.

Austen opened up about his friendship with Lindsay in an interview during the Winter House series premiere, which aired on October 20. "With all the chaos going on in the house, I can't wait for my girl Lindsay to get here," he shared. "Linds and I talk all the time. She has been there for me through so much of my Madison [LeCroy] bulls--t. I've heard a lot about her past relationship [with Stephen Traversie]."

Now with him and Lindsay fresh off of breakups with those aforementioned partners, Austen said that he's excited to see what this season of Winter House has in store for them. "And now, I'm single, Lindsay is single," Austen said in the episode. "I don't know what's gonna happen between us, but like, let's go."

By the looks of the trailer for this season of Winter House, things are definitely about to get a little flirty between Austen and Lindsay. So when Craig Conover appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on October 26, the titular host wanted to know if he thought "Lindsay and Austen are a good match." "I think they're meant for each other, but I don't know if they're a great match," Craig said in the above clip. "But they have a lot of similarities."

Just prior to answering that question, Craig revealed at least one thing that Lindsay and Austen have in common: They each will have "the most relationship drama" this season of Winter House, Craig teased during a game of "Spoiler Superlatives."

Lindsay had yet to arrive to the Winter House in the series premiere, and Austen actually found himself locking lips with Ciara Miller in the hot tub. Craig also shared his reaction to his buddy's makeout session during Tuesday's WWHL After Show. "I think it was a spring break party, and they did exactly what you're supposed to do on spring break," he said in the below clip.

What Is the Attraction with Austen Kroll?

With love clearly in the air this season of Winter House, Andy Cohen asked Craig why he thinks the ladies love Austen so much. "There's a really fun side to his personality. We travel together a lot," Craig said. "There is a side to Austen that's very lighthearted and fun and funny and fun to be around."

Andy agreed with Craig, saying, "I think that comes across," before sharing what he particularly enjoys about Austen. "You know what's something that I like about Austen, and it's similar to Tom Sandoval? They both are so emotional, and they get so passionate," Andy told Craig and his fellow WWHL guest that night, Ariana Madix. "Like, just at reunions, I love how worked up they get."

Ariana then confirmed about her longtime partner, "People think Tom's acting, and I'm like, no, that's just Tom all the time."

Craig's Winter House castmate and recently-confirmed girlfriend, Paige DeSorbo, was also in the audience during this episode of WWHL. As was stated earlier in the conversation, she agreed that Austen's height is attractive to women — but that's not his only admirable quality. "Well, he is 6'5", so I will attest to that. He's a large man," she said. "And he is fun. He's really fun to, like, go out with. He has a charm about him."

Clearly, there's a lot to love about Austen!
