Cynthia Bailey Reveals How Boyfriend Mike Hill Differs from Exes Peter Thomas and Leon Robinson
"If I can’t make it with Mike Hill, then I’m just meant to be single for the rest of my life," Cynthia Bailey said.
We've had the pleasure of getting to know several of Cynthia Bailey's past and present flames on The Real Housewives of Atlanta over the years. There was Leon Robinson, with whom she shares daughter Noelle Robinson, Peter Thomas, whom she married in Season 3 and then divorced in Season 9, and Mike Hill, with whom Cynthia seems to have fallen madly in love in the current season of RHOA.
And we better get used to seeing Mike around. Things have gotten extremely serious for the couple over the near year they've been dating. Mike has given Cynthia keys to his new home in California, they've practically decided they're going to get married, and they even have their own couple's hashtag for Pete's sake: #CHill.
So when The Daily Dish caught up with Cynthia earlier this season, we had to know what made Mike so special among all of the wonderful men she's had in her life (for the record, Mike is cool with both Leon and Peter). "Mike is different in a way that he’s nothing like either of my exes. Leon was his own person, Peter was his own person," Cynthia said in response. "I don’t think any of my men are similar in any way. I really, really don’t. They really have their own individual personalities."
Definitely a good sign for the future of #CHill is the fact that Mike seems to be the most suited for Cynthia, according to the RHOA fashionista. "I think I’m probably the most compatible with Mike. Leon and I are almost like brother and sister at this point. We’re both Pisces. We both have the same philosophy about everything," Cynthia explained. "Peter and I definitely bumped heads a lot. We were compatible, but we were not as compatible, for sure."
Simply put, Cynthia has never felt this way around anyone else. "This is how I feel about Mike — and we say this all the time about each other — if I can’t make it with Mike Hill, then I’m just meant to be single for the rest of my life because he just gives me a comfortability I just can’t explain," Cynthia shared. "I’m at a point in my life where I’m just really all about peace. I really just want to be happy. I work hard. My personal life just has to be this zen-ful, peaceful place. Honestly, when I see him, when he’s around, when I’m at his place, when he’s at my place, literally the stress just leaves my body. I feel so happy and so calm and so balanced when he’s around. He just knows how to make me feel, it’s like an energy thing. We really are pretty connected."
We can't wait to see what's next for Cynthia and Mike, and trust us, neither can she. "You’re gonna definitely see what the future holds," Cynthia told The Daily Dish. "We have a very bright future ahead of us."
Cynthia spills even more piping hot tea on Mike, including why he's "basically the male version" of the Atlanta Housewife. Get the scoop in the above video, and then come back down here for even more steaminess from #CHill, below.
