Cynthia Bailey Gives a Statement on Her Marriage

"We’re going to deal with this issue as husband and wife," the #RHOA star says.

Cynthia Bailey is speaking out about her marriage after a video surfaced of husband Peter Thomas and a woman together at his Atlanta hot spot, BarONE. “My marriage is not perfect,” she admitted to Us Weekly on Wednesday. “We’re going to deal with this issue as husband and wife.”
She revealed that the footage is not her husband’s proudest moment, yet an example that most relationships go through rough patches. “Most marriages go through their share of challenges, and ups and downs. Peter and I are no exception,” she told the site. "I expect him to accept full accountability for his actions. We are coming up on our five-year wedding anniversary and we will deal with this situation as husband and wife. I appreciate everyone's well wishes, and concerns.”

The Real Housewives of Atlanta star has been open about marital issues in the past, and explained to Atlanta radio station V-103 that the situation isn’t worth over-dramatizing. “When I saw the video I thought it was inappropriate. It's unfortunate that you have people filming you with phones and stuff everywhere you go when you're on a reality show, but it is what it is. I don't know if it's grounds for divorce,” she said. “I’m not going to set his clothes on fire, but we’re going to talk about some things.”

According to Us Weekly, Peter released his own Instagram video (that has since been deleted) staunchly denying the rumors.
