Daisy Shares Her Thoughts on Colin’s Girlfriend and Reveals if She’s Dated Anyone Since Their Split
The Below Deck Sailing Yacht chief stew also opened up about her relationship with Gary.
After a difficult season highlighting her love triangle with Colin MacRae and Gary King, Daisy Kelliher is reflecting on Below Deck Sailing Yacht Season 4.
The chief stew took to her Instagram Stories on July 31 to answer fans’ questions about the latest edition of the Below Deck spin-off series. During the Q&A, she revealed where she stands with Colin today — including opening up about the last time they were in touch — and she shared if she’s gotten back into dating in the wake of their split.
Daisy Kelliher’s Dating Life Today
Following her third season aboard Parsifal III, Daisy explored a relationship with Colin for several months. Their romance concluded at the end of 2022, and the chief engineer is currently in a relationship with a woman named Britt, who works with Colin on his boat, Parlay.
Though Colin has moved on, Daisy hasn’t been dating.
“I haven’t,” she responded when a fan asked if she had dated anyone since Colin. “It takes me a very long time to get over relationships, even if it’s not something I was, like, fully invested in or anything like that.”
The chief stew has been focusing on her relationship with herself, and she’s been taking some time to heal after breaking up with Colin.
“It takes me a bit of time to kind of open up my heart to someone, and then when it doesn’t work out, I kind of close it back up pretty tightly,” she added. “So I have not dated anyone. Yeah, I’m kind of just concentrating on myself.”

Daisy and Colin didn’t exactly end the Below Deck Sailing Yacht Season 4 reunion on the best of terms, but the two have communicated a bit since then.
“We texted briefly after the reunion,” Daisy shared during her Instagram Q&A. “I was still very hyperemotional, and [I] wasn’t really thinking clearly for the next few days after the reunion. I wasn’t in a very good headspace, unfortunately, but I’m feeling a lot more strong, confident, and good, at the moment.”
Though they were briefly in touch, Daisy isn’t pursuing a friendship with the engineer.
“Colin and I, on my side, there’s no bad feelings whatsoever, but I think space is what’s required right now and to focus on ourselves. And you know, hopefully maybe in time, who knows,” she added about a potential friendship between the two in the future. “But I think for the moment… we don’t have a huge amount to say to each other right now.”
Though the reunion was emotional for both Colin and Daisy, the interior team crew member said she doesn’t “regret any time [they] were together.”

While Daisy did question Colin at the reunion for starting a new relationship so soon after breaking up with her, the Ireland native is now happy for him for moving on.
“We are [done],” she said in response to a fan who asked if she was still with Colin. “We weren’t right for each other, and [I’m] glad he’s with someone who makes him happy.”

Now that Colin and Daisy are no longer an item, some Below Deck Sailing Yacht fans are wondering if that means there’s hope for her to start something with the first mate.
One fan said in the Q&A that they think the chief stew should be with Gary, and Daisy wrote back, “[You’re] not the only one LOL.”
