In a May 14 Instagram post, Dayna shared a sweet photo in which she’s snuggled up to the adorable newborn.
“Leni Julia Keever graced us with her presence at 5.13 at 1:01am. Named Julia for our mother,” she captioned the photo. “I’ve known her for three hours and can’t stop crying. My love for her is already profound. Her mommy is an absolute champion for bringing her into the world after a long hard labor. She is beyond.”
Dayna first opened up about her late mother, Julia, on Vanderpump Rules in the January 14 episode, where the crew went to watch her stand up comedy performance. Dayna worked her mother’s passing and the way it has changed her life into her routine. Following the episode, she shared a photo of her graduation cap, which said, “I love you, mom,” and wrote a sweet message about her.
“When you lose the most important person in your world so young and in such a brutal way it changes you forever. I am stoked for people to get a glimpse of the warrior/legend/real one that I was lucky enough to call mom, who spent her life pouring every ounce of love she had into her sister and me. There was no one I was more protective of, loved harder, or felt more seen by,” she said.
