Ariana Grande, Kim Kardashian, and More Celebs Send Well Wishes to Demi Lovato Following Her Apparent Overdose

The singer's rep also gave an update as to Demi's status and passed on a message from her family.

On July 24, Demi Lovato was rushed to the hospital for what was rumored to be a heroin overdose. A report first put out by TMZclaimed that the singer, 24, was found unconscious in her Hollywood Hills home, where she was treated with Narcan (a drug used to treat narcotic overdoses). Later, updates surfaced stating that Lovato was awake, responsive, and surrounded by family. And by the evening, the singer's rep was thanking fans for their expressions of support while asking for privacy for her client and warning that some of the previously reported info was inaccurate.

As the news kept coming, celebrities such as Kim Kardashian, Ariana Grande, and Lady Gaga joined fans around in the world in wishing Lovato well, and many took to social media to send heartfelt wishes to the "Cool for the Summer" singer. Take a look at some of their sentiments, below.

According to TMZ, the singer has struggled with substance abuse for years and had been sober from alcohol, cocaine, and Oxycontin for six years.
