Denise Richards Shares a Sweet Update on Her Daughter Eloise
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum posted a new photo and a heartfelt tribute to her 12-year-old "girlie."
Denise Richards' youngest daughter is growing up so fast! In a May 24 Instagram post, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum shared a new photo and a heartfelt tribute to her youngest "girlie," Eloise, who just had a birthday.
Eloise Turns 12
Denise's post shows a photo of her little girl looking so grown up. Wearing a printed sundress, sandals, and braids, Eloise has a bright smile on her face. And she had every reason to grin: May 24 was a big day for Eloise and her family!
In her caption, Denise wrote: "Our beautiful Eloise… happy birthday!!!! I can’t believe you’re 12! We love you so much. You’re an angel [and] teach us so much. We love you so much. Happy Birthday girlie!!!"
Eloise's Heart of Gold
In the past, Denise has demonstrated that her daughter is, indeed, an "angel." In a particularly heartstring-tugging moment back in 2020, the little girl — who was then 8 years old — performed a touching act of kindness.
"Our Eloise is so cute," Denise wrote in an Instagram post. "We talked about this bunny we saw all day under the swing in our yard because it’s raining hard (for Los Angeles.) While I was on a conference call/meeting/zoom I came back to make dinner [and Eloise] had made a plate for the bunny by herself (even pulled the stems off the strawberries.) We took it outside for the bunny to eat tonight. She’s so unbelievably thoughtful and loves animals."
Eloise Celebrates Her Birthday
In Denise's recent photo, her daughter still has that angelic glow. She's undoubtedly older now, but she's no less adorable.
Denise Opens Up About Eloise's Diagnosis
In the past, Denise has opened up about Eloise's diagnosis. In the clip above, from the RHOBH Season 9 reunion, Denise shares an update on her then-eight-year-old girl.
"Eloise has a chromosome disorder. She has a deletion in Chromosome 8, which has caused many delays with her," the mom of three explains. "It's caused a lot with speech, development."
Denise goes on to describe the arduous process of having her daughter's condition diagnosed. "We found out probably two years ago," she says. "It was a very difficult thing to diagnose. It was really hard. When I saw what was written on the medical report to get the blood test and all the testing done, it was hard to see it in black and white." She adds: "It's just hard to see with your kid, you know."
