Elena Dubaich Reveals What Happened with Chef Dave White After Season 7
After striking up a "flirtation" on Season 7 of Below Deck Med, Elena shared if anything ever happened between the yachties.
Elena Dubaich may have only been on Below Deck Mediterranean Season 7 for one charter, but she struck up a "flirtation" with Chef Dave White during her brief tenure on the show that season.
The chef and the stew hit it off during the final crew night out of the season, and Elena revealed whether anything ever happened between the two yachties when she appeared on the June 18 episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.
"Unfortunately not," Elena responded during the WWHL After Show when asked if her romance with Dave continued after Season 7 wrapped, which you can check out by watching the video at the top of this post. "There was a bit of flirtation here and there, but we never really crossed paths and it kind of fizzled out."

A romantic spark may not have materialized for Chef Dave and Elena, but the two have both been keeping busy since Season 7 first aired in 2022.
Chef Dave White's life after Below Deck Mediterranean Season 7
Elena returned to Below Deck Mediterranean for Season 9 (which is already proving to be a dramatic season), while Dave has continued his cooking career off-the-boat. He also authored a cookbook, Salted, earlier in 2024.
Dave returned to the Below Deck Med universe, in a way, when he cooked the food and baked the cake for Captain Sandy Yawn's wedding to Leah Shafer in May.
"Such an honor cooking the food and making the cake for [Captain Sandy Yawn] and [Leah's] wedding!" he wrote on Instagram, along with a video of moments from the special day. "I was so busy I didn’t take any pictures of the food but the cake did all most topple over cause it was so hot lol.. Love you both very much, such kind and inspiring humans."
Sandy expressed her gratitude for Dave's work in the comments section.
"Everything was delicious and you saved the melting cake!" she replied underneath Dave's post. "We are so grateful for you, thank you Chef Dave."
